Construction of Nganampa Health Council's new mobile dental surgery has commenced. The new dental clinic is currently being constructed on the rear of a new truck. The current surgery is close to 17 years old and has outlasted its useful life. The new surgery will improve our ability to provide dental care to all patients on the APY Lands. Funding for this project was provided by the Department of Health and Ageing through the National Rural and Remote Health Infrastructure Program. The South Australian Dental Service have been providing advice on the design.
Photos of the construction can be accessed from the Photo Gallery section of this website.
